2021 Single Hive Gold:
Rather than blending honey from a number of hives in different locations, Whites Hill Single Hive honey is harvested exclusively from hive WH01 at our Whites Hill apiary for the purest expression of the flora in the Monatiquot River Valley.
Each jar is individually identified with the hive and bottle number. Golden colored, wildflower origin. Raw, unfiltered. Available in 24 oz (680 g) jars.
Tasting notes: Lovely florals on the nose, with the taste of orange and lemon on the tongue.
