The bees at our Whites Hill apiary have been busy gathering nectar from the many wildflowers in bloom throughout the summer. The result is a beautiful golden honey with a rich, familiar sweetness and a surprisingly complex character. This year’s harvest leads with warm brown sugar balanced by the acidity of apple, mellowing into a caramel finish.

2026 Whites Hill Gold: Summer honey taken from our Whites Hill apiary. Each bottle is individually numbered. Golden colored, wildflower origin. All natural, raw, unfiltered honey. Available in 9 oz (255 g) and 24 oz (680 g) bottles.
