The apiary is located on the northwest slope of Whites Hill, providing the bees a remarkable variety of natural and managed sources to forage along the Monatiquot Valley.
Every batch of Monatiquot honey is extracted by hand under the personal supervision of beekeeper Matthew Ginn. Our honey is never filtered or heated, so the product you buy is just the way the bees made it, raw and natural.
