The continued moderate temperatures and rainy weather kept the bees busy all summer. Our 2023 Amber honey blends the lighter color of summer nectar with the darker, exotic product of the earliest fall flowers to produce a smooth honey with notes of caramel, raisins, lemon, and apple.

2023 Whites Hill Amber: Late-summer honey taken from our Whites Hill apiary. Each jar is individually identified with the hive and bottle number. Amber colored, wildflower origin. Raw, unfiltered. Available in 9 oz (255 g) jars.
